Suspension of disbelief can only go sofar. This premise seem pretty ridiculous for the kind of light dramaedy that the trailer is making it out to be. I could see it if the dummy was a joke in the first act but carrying it through for the entire feature ... that's a deal breaker. I mean that only gives them like 10 minutes to bring in the actual "real girl".
