Here we go, moving right from one blockbuster to another… it seems like every other week someone is breaking a record this summer, and this week Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix already set the record for best Wednesday opening ever. It remains to be seen how well it will do throughout the weekend, but it could already be posing a serious threat to Transformers. Captivity is also opening, the Elisha Cuthbert horror/thriller that was overshadowed by its controversial marketing campaign. As expected, however, reviews are pretty dismal. Steve Buscemi’s Interview also starts a very limited theatrical run this week.
