It ended with Shia LeBeouf talking to Optimus Prime who's standing by his window going "If my parents see you they're gonna freak! My mom's got a temper!" I really doubt this will top the action in Spider-Man though... I haven't really been blown away by any of the scenes in Bay's previous movies. There was hardly any robot-on-robot action anyway. Sure there isn't going to be a hell of a lot depth to this story, sure it's gonna be giant fucking robots blowing shit up and throwing cars around! But I'm fine with that, I'm not expecting oscar material, (though I'm gonna be pissed if it doesn't get best special effects next year!),but since you mention Die Hard 4, I think that movie looks in fact more ridiculous than the transformers movie does, I believe there are practically as many flying cars in Die Hard as in Transformers if you compare the trailers!! But I don't really care, I'll probably watch both, but I know wich one I'll enjoy most!! I just hope there are no dancing scenes in either of them!! Maybe we're just a little more selective then others and hold much more reservations than some other sites when it comes to these types of films.
