I have to admit, I didn’t have many good things to say about the idea of a new Die Hard movie when it was initially announced. The premise of John McClane squaring off against internet terrorists seemed a bit weak, and the title Live Free or Die Hard seemed even weaker. But ever since the first teaser trailer showed Bruce Willis driving a car into a helicopter, I was pretty much sold.

The full trailer for Live Free or Die Hard is now online this week, and it presents us with even more kick ass explosions… not to mention a fighter jet hovering over a freeway. I am now fully convinced that Len Wiseman is directing a worthy addition to the franchise here, and I am pretty pumped for June 27th to roll around. That said, I still have a few misgivings, namely Justin Long and, as you’ll see at the end of the trailer, Mr. Kevin Smith. But whatever, as long as they play that rock version of Beethoven’s “Ode To Joy” throughout the entire film they can’t go wrong! Check out the new trailer for Live Free or Die Hard over at Yahoo! now.
