Did you hear about the stellar April Fool’s joke that Adult Swim pulled a couple days ago? Starting on March 25th, they began airing promos that Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters would premiere in its entirety on TV, two weeks before it was due to hit theatres. Why? In their own words: “Because we’re ****ing crazy!” When the time came on April 1st, the first few minutes of the movie did actually air, before shrinking to a tiny picture-in-picture box in the corner of the screen while other programming took over. On a more sobering note, it seems the Aqua Teen movie will not be playing in Canada. (via)
