I wonder to what extent the names were adapted just before promotional materials were released, to mirror and evoke their potentially more exposed and successful neighbours?  
A name is only a name; the content of the movie may diverge quite uniquely from the plot of the more successful neighbour but the name makes it seem like the same story.</description>
