You are kidding me, right? Strangeland was twisted. The movie brought things to light that you watched only on prime time TV and news casts and gave everyone who watched the movie a reality check. The content was real with a twist of horror. Here’s a standing O for Dee for bringing this subject matter out of the papers and into our heads. I can’t wait for the second one! Maybe it will be a midnight release. It’s about time a horror flick found a way drain the fantasy/ myth from the genre, find the “reality vien”, slash it twice, and let it bleed out all over the screen.

Yes, my name is CaptHowdy.
No, it’s not from the movie (entirely).

I’ll be honest in that it wasn’t one of the best movies out there ( even though I was still biased towards it) but it’s still the best horror film I’ve ever seen. Also, if you wish to see what he is capable of, I strongly going to the Van Helsing’s Curse website. common man dee snider wrote this movie before hostel and saw came out, his teh mackdaddy of horror movies! and since captain howdy is mentally insane, dont you think he would use lines like that? and the native american culture with it, just makes it kind of mysterious. now if you seen the directors cut, you wouldnt be saying this. alot more sufferage and insane maniacs in that one.

I saw Strangeland in the theater when it firt came out not knowing a thing about it. I was so freaked out by it b/c the concept is such a reality. Things like that could absolutely happen to anyone.

oh come on Strangeland was one of the best horror movies out there because it was more real than the other crap. everything in that film could have happened and just because some people don’t like real life kind of horror movies don’t mean shit, there just scared because it hits to close to home.
