Well I’m not sure how long this link will be available for, but the first teaser for Rush Hour 3 appears to have leaked to the web via Rapidshare. The quality is good since it’s a direct Quicktime download, but it’s a pretty bad teaser, just showing Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan singing obnoxiously together in a taxi cab. What more could you expect though? It seems that part 3 takes place in France, which I guess means that both characters will play fish out of water this time around. I hate French stereotype jokes, so I’m thinking this is a pretty bad sign.

I was indifferent to the first Rush Hour movie, but I ended up liking Rush Hour 2 a heck of a lot more than I ever expected to. I thought there were a lot of genuinely funny scenes, and the action was decent too. Now if only Chris Tucker could learn to just turn it down a notch. I figure as long as I keep my expectations low, maybe I’ll have fun with this one as well. You can grab yourself a copy of the teaser below while the getting’s good, or just wait for someone to post it on YouTube instead. Rush Hour 3 opens on August 10, 2007.
