This Week on DVD – Jan. 23, 2007
Major DVD releases in stores today include Saw III and The Guardian, but it’s also a great week for documentary lovers as we have Jesus Camp, This Film Is Not Yet Rated and Cocaine Cowboys all in stores this week as well. There’s another decent haul of new Blu-ray releases (well, okay, nothing I’d really be interested in personally) and I can’t forget to mention Walker Texas Ranger: The Complete Second Season! They really should get Conan O’Brien to do some audio commentary tracks for that show.

What is going on with This Film Is Not Yet Rated???
I called Future Shop, they had no listing for it in their system.
I called Best Buy, they told me they hadn’t gotten any but recommended I call back today around 1:30pm (I first called at noon) just in case it came in a late shipment.
I then called HMV and they said the release date was February 7, 2007.
I want to buy this film and show it to everyone I know but I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Posted by Goon on January 23rd, 2007It seems the studio’s are still taking advantage of the new technology to try and sell some of the movies nobody wants. We Were Soldiers, AVP, Men Of Honor, Black Rain, Casanova? It’s been a sham so far…
