Firstly, I dont know where you got your liscense to critique movies other than your own opinion. The Blair Witch Project was a farce from beginning to end. We never know anything beyond what a camcorder is showing us. Altered however, was a riviting film that horror, emotion, revenge and redemption (maybe). Mr. Sanchez had a brilliant cast to work with and got more out of his actors than say "Sign" and the other one you mentioned. Those were some fearcely talented actors and the story line was as strong from the beginning to the end. You obviously are not an actor; you are an observer that wouldn't know a good film from a snail trail. Watch it again. Yet this time do it through the eyes of an artist rather than a myopic, self elevated critic whose self proclaimed knowledge of a good film means nothing to anyone but themselves.
