The only movie I had seen on that Poll was M:I-II, and I just thought it was horrible. I voted for Showgirls just to check out the results…
I don’t know about the “So bad it’s good” thing. Most things I that would come to mind, I think I just generally consider good. Like “The Running Man” for instance… The script is weak, the acting is so-so, but I don’t mind it, and I think it’s a good movie.
I think Street Fighter may be the closest thing I can come to something that’s pretty bad, but I have fond memories of, and I will watch it today and laugh still…But laugh more at the ridiculousness than the actual jokes in the movie I guess.
The poll was too hard for people who actually have good taste (read: me).
Posted by Henrik on December 7th, 2006Mortal Kombat probably shoulda also been on this list if you ask me.
Posted by Goon on December 8th, 2006It pains me that I consider most of the films on that list to be “so good they’re good”.
