American Pie Presents The Naked Mile Coming In December
Believe it or not, the American Pie series is gearing up for its fifth installment, which will be ready to release in time for this holiday season. American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile is going to be another direct to DVD sequel similar to American Pie Presents: Band Camp, which flew off store shelves last year despite the fact that it involved none of the original cast members save for Eugene Levy. And hey, guess what… Levy’s back for this one too! I love how they keep working Jim’s dad into the story without any sign of Jim. This one is about Adam Stifler, the cousin of Steve and little brother Matt, who is actually a bit of a nerd. Thankfully, his buddies at college are there to help him work up the courage to take part in the annual naked run across campus. This franchise is turning into the Porky’s for a new generation, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but I think there’s a lot of people out there who saw the first three American Pie movies as something more than that. It doesn’t matter… people are still going to buy this even if they say they’re above it! Special features are TBA, but look for the DVD in stores on December 19th.

well i am a fan of the Pie flicks, well that is until they released Band Camp last year and now this piece of shit is not going to get better. they should have left it at 3 movies and maybe in a decade do a reunion sort of flick. i will probably watch this flick but i am not expecting much from it. poor Eugene!!!
Posted by Chopper on October 11th, 2006I remember an interview with the cast just after American Pie 1 and they were asked if the sequel would be made. They all said that there will be no sequel because theres nothing else to explore, they have all lost they’re virginitys and so on….HAHAHA I bet they didn’t see this one coming.
