If it was advertised properly it would have been as popular as Star Trek (even though I hate that series). I work for Fox and I have to say that even now Firefly series DVD's arent huge but they are not dropping like every other release. If this keeps up, with its slowly increasing popularity, maybe..... It makes sense from a business standpoint but when you go to any sci-fi convention and see the amount of enthusiasm for Serenity/Firefly it is strange to think that this universe was not handled better. I never watched Buffy but when Firefly was released on DVD I became hooked.Firefly followed a crew of underdogs fans grew to love and root for even after cancelation.People who have not watched the series or the movie should check both out. Dissapointed.
