The viral nature of the internet can result in some pretty strange and unpredictable phenomenon, something Hungary’s Ministry of Economy recently found out the hard way. A new bridge is currently under construction in the capital of Budapest, and in an attempt to be progressive and forward-thinking, the government decided to launch an internet poll to name the bridge. Strangely, they left the voting open to anyone in the world, and wouldn’t you know it, the current frontrunner in the poll is now none other than the internet’s favourite martial arts star, Chuck Norris. Now that the news is spreading across other humour sites on the web, I fully expect Chuck to walk away from this one victorious.
