New To Theatres This Weekend – July 28, 2006
Not much competition this week for Michael Mann’s return to his hit 80’s TV series Miami Vice. Well, that is, unless you count a little box office juggernaut known as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. Woody Allen’s latest is in a semi-limited release this weekend, and unfortunately it looks like the week’s highest rated film (and the one I was most looking forward to) Little Miss Sunshine is not currently playing in Canada. Our American friends should be able to catch it in select theatres however.

apparently the Year of the Disappointment sticks around as Miami Vice is getting mediocre/bad reviews
