Out of all the comic book crossovers I could ever imagine, I never thought I’d see the day when there existed a Darkman vs Army of Darkness comic. And yet, here it is. I guess Dynamite Entertainment is assuming there’s enough Sam Raimi fans buying comics to make this a worthwhile project. They would know… they currently do the Army of Darkness comic book series as well. Darkman vs Army of Darkness will be a 4 issue mini-series that starts in August, written by Roger Stern and Kurt Busiek with art by James Fry. Newsarama has posted a good interview with the creative team and a preview of the covers for #1, check it out now at the link below.
