A decent live-action superhero comedy is Sky High. I'm serious, it's like a classic John Hughes high school movie with superpowers. I'm thrilled The Tick is finally coming to DVD. FOX was home to so many stellar animated series and it's taken a while for them to get released. A little known series that aired on FOX way back in 2000 was Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot.
