Rock The Bells is the story of hip-hop concert promoter Chang Weisberg and his quest to re-unite the Wu Tang Clan for the Rock The Bells festival in California. The movie covers their guerilla promotion techniques and the massive organizational skills required to plan a huge concert like this. In the end, Rock The Bells captures the sold out performance along with appearances from Redman, Dilated Peoples and Sage Francis, among others.
