Regardless what you guys thought of Silent Hill, I’ll probably still buy it used on DVD. I’m a fan of the 4 games, so maybe I’ll find something to enjoy.
Here is a question I’ve always been meaning to ask:
“Why is it, that when after opening weekend, a movie’s success or ranking is based on the dollar amount as opposed to how many tickets were sold?”
Ticket prices should then need to be based on a mean average then. You can get cheap seats to top end ticket costs. The number of theatres it opened in is important too.
Sure, its impressive to say a film opened taking in $50 million, but how many tickets were sold? When that happens, it become LESS impressive. Is that the reason? Dollars appeal more to the masses?
Posted by Bassmasta-Baychuk on April 24th, 2006Jay, I swear you must have challenged the spirit of Walter Matthau because you sounded just like him.
I’m putting this out there, say what you will but I’d like to see Edward Norton or Mark Ruffalo as a younger Kirk.
