Teaser Trailer for Disney’s “Meet The Robinsons” Online
Okay, so I’m almost ready to write off computer animated films altogether… simply put, there is just way too much crap bubbling to the surface lately. But before I completely throw in the towel, I think I may actually have an interest in seeing Disney’s next CG movie Meet The Robinsons. A teaser trailer has just hit the web, giving us our first good look at the movie, which is based on the book A Day with Wilbur Robinson by William Joyce. Part of me thinks this could nail just the right combination of humour, quirky animation and fantastical adventure to be a huge hit. Then again, it could also end up having a little too much resemblance to Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. (Hey, at least it doesn’t have any talking animals or high-profile celebrity voices in it.) Moriarty over at Ain’t It Cool News also seems to think that Pixar head honcho John Lasseter has recently gotten involved in it as well, which is probably somewhat reassuring for anyone who generally dislikes Disney. Follow the link below to check out the teaser trailer for Meet The Robinsons, which is slated for release on March 30, 2007.

i am getting really tired of seeing all these cg/cartoonie movies, yeah they will bring in the big bucks from all the families that cart their kiddies to see this crap. i guess if it isnt a cg movie, its a remake. nothing original.
