New To Theatres This Weekend – Feb. 24, 2006
I think there must be some sort of cosmic alignment of planets going on, because this is the second weekend in a row that we’ve had a Paul Walker movie opening in theatres… and not much else. There’s another sub-par computer animated movie in Doogal and Madea’s Family Reunion (sequel to Diary of a Mad Black Woman). The more interesting choices are in select theatres, including the American military documentary Why We Fight, Russian fantasy epic Night Watch, and Tommy Lee Jones’ The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada.

Posted by Goon on February 24th, 2006“Running Scared” and “Nightwatch” are ones to watch for in my opinion.
If any of you guys are reviewing either movie for the podcast, I’m more than down to seeing either one.
Posted by Bassmasta-Baychuk on February 24th, 2006Hey Tom, I’d like to see Night Watch and review it at some point but it’s only playing in Toronto right now. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it opens in more theatres in the near future.
