Stream the new Neil Diamond Album on MySpace

I’ve gotta hand it to Rick Rubin, he’s really given Neil Diamond the ol’ once over and managed to take him back to his roots. On “12 Songs”, Diamond actually picks up a guitar again and seems to enjoy doing it. You can listen to the entire album now over at MySpace. I don’t know about you but I can’t help laughing a little to myself about the thought of Neil Diamond having his own MySpace page. Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys joins Diamond on an alternate take of the song “Delirious Love”, a bonus track only available on the Digipack edition of the album (and via iTunes — probably preferable to dealing with Sony’s spyware), and which they recently performed together on The Tonight Show. I haven’t been able to find a video of that performance yet, however there is this video of Diamond playing “I’m On To You” live on The Today Show.

  1. Looks like he’s still got it! Cool to see him back with the guitar. It’s been a long tine.
