So it seems that someone over at Midnight Movies had the bright idea that with all the other horror remakes happening lately, a new version of “Night of the Living Dead” is just what the world needs. After all, it’s not like it’s already been remade, right! But I guess since it’s in the public domain now, people just can’t resist the urge to put their own spin on an old classic. This time around they will be using some seriously advanced technology that brings “Night of the Living Dead” forward into the era of modern filmmaking (aka the 1980’s). That’s right, it will be in cheesy old-school 3D baby… what a rush. This puts it alongside such memorable classics as “Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare” and “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over”. “Night Of The Living Dead 3D” stars Sid Haig (“The Devil’s Rejects”), Greg Travis (“Toolbox Murders”), Brianna Brown (“Adam and Eve”) and Joshua DesRoches (“Crossing Jordan”).
