Michael Moore Preps “Fahrenheit 9/11 and 1/2″

Despite its award-winning reputation and status as the top grossing documentary of all-time, most people will remember “Fahrenheit 9/11″ as a failure if only for one simple reason: Bush got re-elected. But it seems Michael Moore is not willing to give up quite so easily. He is in the midst of preparing a follow-up documentary entitled “Fahrenheit 9/11 and 1/2″. While the film’s purpose is not entirely clear (Bush is not legally able to run for presidency again), the film is listed among the upcoming releases for Bob and Harvey Weinstein’s new production company along with Moore’s health care documentary “Sicko”. Perhaps the Hurricane Katrina fiasco will only be a small part of the topics covered in this Fahrenheit sequel, along with more on the 2004 presidential campaign. I guess we’ll have to wait until more official details become available.

  1. the way things collapse more and more every day for the Bush administration, I think it seems less and less a failure. I might actually be able to watch this again and not cringe so much.

I think more and more people have a growing dislike of Moore personally, but the polls are showing that US has turned on Bush.

  2. Moore has been a favourite of mine for the past 10 years but I grow tired of his constant personal rants as well. Is there any reason to make a second Farenheight? The only reason I can think of is that the first one was so jammed with information that it was extremely hard to digest it all. I don’t think I’ll even see it when it comes out but I will be interested to see his comment on Medicare.

  3. Hi, I write you from Ecuador, please, try to show the real roots and implications of the Plan Colombia and the actual USA goverment, I really trust on you, I think you are a real USA citizen.
