This Week On DVD – Oct. 25, 2005

A fair amount of DVD-tastic choices in stores this week, the biggest of which is probably the 4-disc Titanic Special Collector’s Edition. Also look for Gus Van Sant’s Kurt Cobain pseudo-biopic “Last Days”, and Paul Schrader’s original cut of The Exorcist: The Beginning entitled “Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist”. Unfortunately it looks like my top pick of the week, the documentary “Rize”, may only be available in the U.S. at the moment. (Also note: the Tom Green box set has been pushed back until November 8th.)
