“Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler’s Green” PC Demo

With George A. Romero’s “Land of the Dead” coming to DVD this week (and the unrated version appearing in a few select theatres as well) it’s probably as good a time as any to try and get people psyched for the upcoming video game based on the movie too. “Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler’s Green” is yet another first-person shooter with zombies coming to the X-Box and PC. I somehow doubt it will stand out above the pack, but the movie kicked ass and that’s gotta count for something right? Groove Games has just released a single-player PC demo of the game, featuring one mission and a cinematic intro. You can download the 129 MB file now at the link below. For more info check out the game’s official site at www.landofthedeadgame.com, and look for it in stores on October 25th.

  1. In case anybody cares, “Fiddler’s Green” is also known as Falkirk and is a type of sedimentary rock called “Dolostone”. The unique features are the thin black lamintations of fossilized algae. :)

Yeah, can you tell I’m taking an Earth Science class?

    LOL
