Here’s another movie trailer that made its debut at the Comic-Con last week, the upcoming remake of John Carpenter’s 1980 horror flick “The Fog”. Directed by Rupert Wainwright (Stigmata) and starring Tom Welling, Selma Blair and Maggie Grace, the basic plot of the movie is as follows: a small coastal fishing town gets overrun by thick clouds of fog that hide the vengeful ghosts of sailors that died in a shipwreck. Admittedly a somewhat corny concept, but the original did manage to be quite creepy at times. Can the remake follow suit? Check out the new trailer over at IGN and decide for yourself.
