“V For Vendetta” Trailer Hits The Web
After being tantalized with tales of the San Diego Comic Con premiere of the V For Vendetta trailer, finally it has arrived online so the rest of us can watch in high quality Quicktime. V For Vendetta is the big screen adaptation of Alan Moore’s 1988 graphic novel about a totalitarian police state and a masked freedom fighter who strikes back. Starring Natalie Portman as Evey Hammond and Hugo Weaving as the mysterious protagonist “V”, the screenplay was written by the Wachowski Brothers and is being directed by The Matrix/Star Wars Episode III assistant director James McTeigue. The trailer looks stylish and fun, and as long as they don’t get carried away with the damn bullet time effects I can see this kicking all kinds of ass.
