Clips From Rize Documentary Online Now
Opening this weekend in limited release is the new documentary from photographer David LaChapelle, “Rize”. The movie is about “krumping”, the latest street dancing craze in South Central L.A. You’ve probably seen music videos with incredibly fast gyrating bodies, and this movie delves into the subculture and the battles between dancers and dance groups. Unfortunately the movie doesn’t seem to be playing anywhere in Canada yet. Click below to see 6 clips from the film, now online courtesy of Yahoo!
