Montreal’s The High Dials have been hard at work on the follow up to their brilliant album “A New Devotion”. It is expected to be released sometime this summer under the curious title “War of the Wakening Phantoms” through Rainbow Quartz Records. A quick visit to their website reveals MP3 samples of 6 different songs from the new album, available to anyone who registers on their message board. The songs are “Strandhill Sands”, “Master Of The Clouds”, “Soul In Lust”, “Sick With The Old Fire”, “Slow Brown River” and “Winter Ghosts”.
