Game Over: Kasparov And The Machine Coming To DVD
I noticed this movie was playing in Toronto recently and it caught my eye because it sounded pretty interesting. Now I’m not really a big chess buff but the whole controversy and issues surrounding the matches between Gary Kasparov and IBM’s Deep Blue computer are definitely worthy of their own documentary. “Game Over: Kasparov And The Machine” will hit DVD on May 31st through Velocity Home Entertainment and Think Film. The movie was directed by Vikram Jayanti, who has an interesting filmography of other documentaries behind him including The Christmas Truce, Feast of Death, and I Am A Sex Addict.
