Quentin Tarantino To Direct Next Friday The 13th Flick?
How does Quentin Tarantino always end up being the subject of some of the weirdest rumours? I guess, given his quirky fanboy side, just about anything is possible with him. Last year he was rumoured to be pursuing the director’s chair for the next James Bond film, but nothing ever came of it. Now there are strong rumours circulating that say he is close to negotiating a deal to write and direct a new Friday The 13th movie! Somehow I never thought that 80’s slasher flicks would be his next obsession but it does sound intriguing. More on this as it develops.

Okay now QT is denying it… but the rumour still persists that the talks with New Line did indeed happen and there are “reasons” why he is now denying it.
