Trailer For David Duchovny’s “House Of D” Out Now

In the downtime while we patiently wait for that next X-Files feature film, David Duchovny is keeping busy with some projects of his own. Apple has the new trailer for his upcoming film, “House Of D”, a semi-autobiographical movie that he wrote, directed and also stars in. It’s about an American artist living in Paris looking back on his childhood where he tries to cope with his father’s death and causes trouble in school, eventually befriending a prostitute from Greenwich Village’s Women’s House of Detention. Duchovny plays the present day main character, while Huff’s Anton Yelchin plays the younger version. The movie also co-stars Robin Williams as a mentally challenged janitor and Duchovny’s wife Tea Leoni plays his mother. Freud would probably have something to say about that. House Of D will get a limited release in theatres on April 15th. Check out the rather lengthy trailer at the link below.
