Batman Short CG Lego Film Stars Adam West, Mark Hamill
Hey remember that stop-motion Spiderman Lego movie that came out online a while back? Well apparently some students from the Digital Animation and Visual Effects (DAVE) school at Universal Studios, Orlando were inspired to do a similar thing. Using 3D models supplied by Art Asylum toys, the students are creating a computer generated Lego movie based on Batman entitled “Batman: New Times”. The crazy thing is that somehow for this student project they managed to recruit voice talent from Adam West, Mark Hamill, Courtney Thorne-Smith and Dick Van Dyke! Perhaps that’s where their $25,000 tuition is going. At any rate, the official website has a trailer up now, and they promise that the full movie will be available soon.
