Incredibles DVD Announced, Due In March

Super duper! A 2-disc Collector’s Edition version of Pixar’s The Incredibles is on the way. Widescreen and fullscreen editions will be available separately, both with Dolby Digital 5.1 EX sound. Like most of Pixar’s DVDs, the list of special features is jam packed with good stuff. There will be 2 audio commentary tracks, one with director Brad Bird and producer John Walker, the other with a group of animators from Pixar. Also, as per usual, they have created a fake blooper reel entitled “Incredi-blunders”. Other features include deleted scenes (including an alternate opening), “Jack-Jack Attack” short film (find out what really happened to the babysitter), The Making Of The Incredibles, More Making Of The Incredibles, character profiles and interviews, the short film “Boundin’”, and the lost cartoon “Mr. Incredible and Pals” with commentary by Mr. Incredible and Frozone. The Incredibles DVD will hit stores on March 15th.
