I finally saw this movie. I was kind of expecting to dislike it, since it seemed like Jared Hess was so obviously biting Wes Anderson’s style. However, in the end I was won over. There’s no plot and no emotional depth at all, but some of the stuff in this movie is just too bizarre not to laugh at.

There were a lot more funnier moments in Napoleon Dynamite than I expected, but I expected zero. Overall there was little plot but some scenes were just too stinkin hilarious not to laugh. Glamor Hornsby on the other, sucked big time. It was on local tv in louisville, I would like that hour of my life back please.
