I agree about the difficulty, and at first I was tempted to take it back to the store and trade it in for something else, but I just did not want the game to get the better of me. So I kept on going. Two weeks later. I completed it. Two weeks!!!! Normally I can go through a game in a few nights, at the very most a week, but two? Anyway, it turns out I actually enjoyed the challenge, I might have thrown my controller to the floor in a blind rage on countless occasions, and the end of the game has you face off against about five bosses in a row, not to mention those evil little ghost fish buggers. All I can say is keep at it, the bosses do have patterns, and you have to use your special charging moves (holding the y button and collecting orbs into your sword) to make short work of them, but some of the enemies you have to fight are breathtaking, and it would be a shame for you not to see them! Hard as nails, but oh so pretty! Try it, you might like it.

Actually I realized after I wrote this review that the game does actually have 2 difficulty settings: Normal and Hard. I was playing on Normal. I do want to get through it, and hopefully I will one day. I just don't have the time at the moment though.
